SUMMARY:Script to Screen: The Real Deal (Summer Elective, 1st Session)
DESCRIPTION:The Real Deal is a six-week, hands-on filmmaking program designed to introduce youth to the full creative process of making a short film from concept to premiere. Meeting three days a week, students collaborate on story development, scriptwriting, acting, production planning, and filming. While the instructor handles the bulk of post-production editing, select students will gain supervised experience editing one scene. The program culminates in a premiere screening where students showcase their work, reflect on the process, and celebrate their creativity and teamwork.\n
