Health + Wellness
Health + Wellness is a course that helps students gain knowledge in gardening and sustainability while also learning about how to live a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the different types of gardening methods and how to maintain them, what sustainability is and the role it plays in our environment, and how to add healthy habits to their everyday lifestyle that will benefit their well-being (i.e. learning communication skills, healthy coping habits, critical thinking and decision making, etc). The activity runs every Tuesday from 5:15pm – 6:30pm.
