Keely Jackson is the Director of Operations at SAY Detroit Play Center located on the Northeast side of Detroit. As the Director of Operations, Keely wears many hats that include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all aspects of operations are run smoothly and efficiently. She works with all internal staff members to ensure that they have what they need to succeed. Keely also plays a major role creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, human resources, developing relations with employees and community businesses, as well as assisting in the planning for future organizational development.
Prior to becoming a part of the SAY Play family, Keely worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years holding positions such as HR manager; Quality Control Administrator; Quality Control Manager and a Quality Consultant for Fiat Chrysler, Delphi, Bridgewater, and Pyramid Quality Solutions.
Keely received her associate degree in human resource management while attending Baker College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Oakland University where she remained on the Dean’s List throughout her tenure, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
