Instruction on how to live a sustainable lifHealth + Wellness is a course that helps students gain knowledge in gardening and sustainability while also learning about how to live a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. This class will also help students gain gardening skills and learn the importance of sustainable farming. Students will be growing plants from seeds, indoors, and recording their growth until it is time for them to be moved outside. They will also gain knowledge in horticulturer (the cultivation of a garden, orchard, or nursery; the cultivation of flowers, fruits, vegetables, or ornamental plants)..
